All bookings include a private cage. Specific equipment depends on the session type:

• Pitching Machine Cages: A helmet, home plate mat, L-Screen, pitching machine, and specialized machine balls.
• Ball sizes: Baseball (9 inch), Softball/Slo-pitch (11 inch).
• 24/7 access with a unique door code sent to you after booking.

• Membership is non-transferable and for individual use.
• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
• Members can have a maximum of 2 future bookings at any time.
• Plans auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for unused sessions.
• Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session.
• Guest Fee: $10/hour per guest. Please add as an add-on during booking.
• One parent accompanying a child may enter for free.
• You are responsible for bringing your own bat and other personal gear.
• Please turn off the machine and collect all balls after your session.
• Outside store hours, phone support is available for members.

Our automated pitching machines are adjustable, offering a wide range of speeds suitable for all skill levels, from youth players to seasoned adults. You can set the speed yourself at the start of your session, typically ranging from 40 mph to over 80 mph.

Absolutely! You can bring a guest for a small fee of $10/hour per person. Please select the "Guest" add-on when making your booking. A parent or guardian accompanying a minor can enter for free.
