Is a liability waiver required to use the facility?

Yes, this is very important. For the safety of everyone, all players must complete our liability waiver before their first session. You can fill it out online in advance to save time when you arrive.

How do I book a session?

You can easily book online 24/7 through our website. Simply navigate to the booking page for Cricket, Baseball, or Ping Pong to see available slots. You can also contact us via call or message, but advance payment will be required to confirm your booking.

What are your facility and store hours?

Facility Hours: Our facility is open 24/7 for all advance bookings made online.

Store Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Support: Outside of store hours, phone support is available for members and for assistance with active bookings.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, you can reschedule your booking if the change is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time. No changes can be made within 48 hours of the booking.

Can I share my membership?

Standard memberships are non-transferable and valid for one member only to ensure fairness and availability for all our members. Please refer to the specific terms of your membership plan for details.

Equipment & Safety

What are the main safety rules I should know?

Your safety is our top priority. Key rules include:

  • Always wear a helmet inside batting/bowling cages.
  • Only one person is permitted inside a cage at a time during machine use.
  • Ensure the net is fully closed before starting a session.
  • Listen to any instructions from staff members.
  • All players must sign our liability waiver before playing.
Do you provide equipment to rent?

Yes, we do. We also sell new equipment at our on-site store.

Cricket Rentals:

  • Protective Gear Package (pads, thigh guard, chest guard, gloves, helmet): $10 per session.
  • Cricket Bats: $10 per session.
  • Note: An abdominal guard (cup) is not included for hygiene reasons.

Baseball/Softball Rentals:

  • Helmets and specialized machine balls are included with the cage rental.
Can I use my own balls in the pitching machines?

No. To prevent damage to our state-of-the-art machines and ensure consistent pitching accuracy and safety, you must use the specialized dimple balls we provide. Using personal leather or tape balls in the machines is strictly prohibited and can result in being asked to leave.

You are welcome to use your own leather or tape balls for throwdowns in the regular (non-machine) tunnels.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

We recommend comfortable athletic clothing and clean, non-marking indoor sports shoes or sneakers. Please avoid wearing metal spikes, cleats, or any footwear that could damage the turf.

Are there age or height restrictions?

While we welcome players of all ages, children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. For the pitching machines, we recommend that players have sufficient experience to safely handle the speeds. If you're unsure, please speak with our staff for guidance.

Facility & Events

Is parking available at the facility?

Yes, there is ample free parking available in the plaza right in front of our facility for all our customers.

Can I play my own music during my session?

Yes! We have a sound system available for you to use. You can connect your device via Bluetooth and play your own music to create the perfect training atmosphere for your session.

Do you host birthday parties or private events?

Absolutely! Our facility is a fantastic venue for action-packed birthday parties, corporate events, and team-building activities. We offer various packages and can help customize an event to fit your needs. Please visit our Contact Us page to get in touch and plan your event.

Is there a staff member always on-site?

Staff are on-site during our official Store Hours. Outside of these hours, the facility is unstaffed but monitored for security. Phone support remains available for members and customers with active bookings to assist with any issues.
