What’s Included + Terms

  • A protective helmet for your safety.
  • A professional home plate mat.
  • Pitching machine with specialized machine balls (regular balls cannot be used).
  • Ball sizes: Baseball (9 inch), Softball/Slo-pitch (11 inch).
  • 24/7 access with a unique door code sent to you after booking.
  • Membership is non-transferable and for individual use.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
  • Members can have a maximum of 2 future bookings at any time.
  • Plans auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for unused sessions.
  • Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session.
  • Guest Fee: $10/hour per guest. Please add as an add-on during booking.
  • One parent accompanying a child may enter for free.
  • You are responsible for bringing your own bat and other personal gear.
  • Please turn off the machine and collect all balls after your session.
  • Outside store hours, phone support is available for members.
