Our facility is open 24/7 for all advance bookings. For bookings made for times outside of our regular store hours, only phone support is available for assistance. Our store is open Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM.

We do not offer refunds. However, you can reschedule your booking if the change is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time. No changes can be made within 48 hours of the booking. Please note that only phone support is available for assistance with bookings outside of regular store hours.

Yes, we offer rental options for cricket. Protective gear is $10 per session, and bats are also $10 per session. The gear package includes pads, a thigh guard, chest guard, gloves, and a helmet. Please note that an abdominal guard (cup) is not included.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own bats, helmets, and other personal equipment. However, for the safety and longevity of our automated bowling machines, you must use the specialized dimple balls we provide. Personal leather or tape balls are not permitted for machine use.

We recommend comfortable athletic clothing and non-marking indoor sports shoes or sneakers. Please avoid wearing spikes, cleats, or any footwear that could damage the turf.

The lane rental is included in the bowling machine’s price. Our innovative machines allow you to customize the line, length, speed, and even swing to suit your practice needs. The machines operate autonomously and do not require a separate person to feed them.
