You can book online 24/7. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a door code to access the facility.
Please note: During non-store hours, the facility operates without on-site staff. Support will be available only by phone.
Store Hours:- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Membership is non-transferable and valid for one member only.
- Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
- Booking required for game sessions—book online in advance to secure your spot.
- Maximum 2 future bookings allowed to play 1 hour (make two bookings).
- Monthly Subscription: Membership is billed monthly per member on a recurring basis until canceled. No refunds for unused sessions; credits do not carry over. Cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling are only allowed 48 hours prior to your booking. No refunds.
- Membership is for a single person. Guest Fee: $10/hour. Add them as an Add-On when booking your slot.
- One parent accompanying a child will not be charged as a guest and can join for free.
- Two members can play together if they have consecutive bookings.
- Any damages to your bat or personal belongings are not covered by CricNets.
- Please turn off the machine and collect all the balls after your session.
