Yes. The facility is open 24/7 and you can book any overnight slot online. Overnight sessions are unstaffed, so you enter with a door access code sent to you before your session.
Once your booking is paid and confirmed, we email your personal door access code shortly before your session starts. The code works only for your booked time window. If it hasn't arrived 30 minutes before your slot, message us on WhatsApp at (519) 707-3080.
Yes. Bats, helmets and protective gear are available on site at no extra cost for lane bookings, and machine balls are always provided. You're welcome to bring your own bat and gear. Personal leather or tape balls may never be used in the machines.
We do not issue refunds. You can reschedule your booking free of charge if you make the change at least 48 hours before your session. No changes are possible within 48 hours of the start time.
